Every client who acquires jewelry from Reuven Veksler  will continue to have access to the jewelry warranty and service policy as of the date of purchase. 

The following conditions apply:

  • The date the client receives the products for the first time is when the warranty begins to apply. 
  • The lifetime guarantee from Reuven Veksler only pays for repairs for flaws brought on by normal wear, like cleaning, rhodium plating, and loose prongs.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the diamond or gemstone itself. In addition, it applies to the defects resulted from the normal wear. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or accident.
  • Damage caused by third parties.
  • Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.

The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of any repairs if it is found that the jewelry was damaged due to unusual or excessive wear or use, outside the terms of the warranty.

Only a Reuven Veksler jewelry specialist will examine jewelry covered by the lifetime guarantee when it is delivered to the offices. Only they can decide whether repairs are necessary. Before beginning any repairs that aren’t covered by the lifetime warranty, the company will get in touch with the consumer to get their approval.

  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos or videos of the defect via WhatsApp or email reuven@reuvenveksler.com  

Ring re-sizing

Upon the request, Reuven Veksler can re-size a ring one time free of charge, within the first two years after the purchase. The ring will be re-sized at a Reuven Veksler service center only, or at a Reuven Veksler approved service center.
